Triathlon Warrior Online Coaching 2017

Personalized triathlon coaching is offered to athletes regardless of location. Training Plans are delivered (and monitored) through a private access MemberZone of this website and coach contact is via email and regular phone consultations.

Programs are designed to take endurance athletes through all stages of a yearly training cycle. If you're new to endurance sport or an experienced competitor, all packages offer a personalized program structured around your local resources, work & personal commitments, your own strengths and weaknesses, your short and long term goals and upcoming events. Your coach will provide advice on all aspects of training and competition and help you develop sound training techniques, as you progress throughout the season.


   Performance Program $199* / Month

  • Initial one-on-one consultation (60 mins).
  • Fully personalized monthly training program.
  • Monthly phone consultation with your coach (30mins).
  • Weekly email communication with your coach.
  • Weekly program adjustments based on logged feedback.
  • Training zone calculations (Heart Rate &/or Power).
  • 20% discount on TW Training Camps.
  • 20% discount on additional services (BikeFit and Testing).
  • 10% discount on TW Apparel.

 *Canadian Dollars - 5% BC-GST applied to coaching fee.

      Podium Program $299* / Month

  • Unlimited email communication with your coach.

  • 10% discount on TW Apparel.

  • To maintain a suitable level of coach contact, space is limited for these programs.
  • Packages include advice on weekly training structure, training periodization, goal setting & event selection, training intensity, endurance sports nutrition & carbo loading, mental preparation, race strategies, strength training, rest & recovery.
  • There is no start-up fee, however maintaining a one month advance payment of training fees and a 1 month notice of cancellation is required.
